OmniTeach began its journey in March 2017 and was set up by a family of educators and IT specialists who recognised a need to
innovate the “Agency” based model for connecting schools and supply teachers.

We recognise and understand the changes and challenges faced within the education sector.

We believe that supply teachers have a strong role to play in these changes, and that is why giving schools control over
who they appoint to step into the class is a vital element to support the vision and aims of the school. 

OmniTeach has been developed to support schools in reducing the daily costs for supply cover, thus ensuring more funds are
kept within the education system. More continuity and consistency in class can be achieved through the OmniTeach system as schools are in control and are able to book the same teachers, thus supporting the improvement of standards.

Supply teachers will receive competitive rates of pay, as well as the continued support through our CPD opportunities. OmniTeach provides teachers advanced notice of which school and class/department they are teaching in, and the opportunity to receive notes directly from schools about their assignment. This gives teachers greater opportunities to plan, prepare and organise their daily lives.
